It's not just dirty

Your bins harbor E. coli, salmonella & mold. A garden hose doesn't kill that; it just moves it around.

Cold water rinses the surface and leaves the bacteria, the smell, and the summer flies behind. We run a 200°F thermal system, the temperature used to sterilize, then finish with a plant-derived cleaner. No harsh runoff, no chemicals left on your driveway.

How it works

Three steps. Zero effort from you.

Roll the bins out for trash day like always. We handle the rest before you're home from work.

01

We arrive curbside

On your regular trash-pickup day, after the truck runs. Our mobile rig parks at the curb; no yard or garage access needed.

02

200°F thermal clean

High-pressure, high-temperature water scours inside and out. Our onboard system captures 100% of the interior wash water, the part that carries the cleaning agents. The exterior gets a 200°F rinse with plain water.

03

Sanitized & returned

EPA-registered disinfectant* plus a plant-based deodorizer. Bins go back upright and fresh; you get a finished-service text.

*EPA disinfectant treatment is included with the Premium plan; available to Essential subscribers as an add-on.

Why LVL Up

Local operators. Surgical standards.

We're a local operation rolling routes across the Research Triangle. Every clean runs the same EPA-compliant process; the kind of rigor the big-box franchises can't promise.

200°F kills what hoses can't

Water alone redistributes pathogens. Our 200°F+ hot-water system eliminates E. coli, salmonella, listeria, and mold spores.

EPA wastewater recovery

100% of the interior wash water is captured, cleaning agents and all. The exterior rinse is plain 200°F water, so no chemicals reach your driveway, lawn, or storm drain.

Synced to your trash day

No calendar juggling. We show up after pickup; you just leave the bins at the curb like always. Zero effort.

Kid & pet safe

EPA-registered disinfectants only. No harsh residue. Safe for children, pets, and family members who come in contact with bins.

Local to the Triangle

Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and the broader Triangle. Family-run and invested in the neighborhoods we serve.

Plant-derived, biodegradable

Our cleaner is a plant-based, readily biodegradable, pH-balanced concentrate that gets its cleaning power from oranges. Dye-free, greywater & septic safe, and USDA BioPreferred recognized.

FAQ

The usual questions.

Do I need to be home during service?

Nope. Leave your bins at the curb on your regular trash-pickup day; we arrive after the truck, clean them, and return them upright. You'll get a text when we're done.

What makes your cleaning different?

Heat. Most cleaners use cold water, which rinses surface dirt but doesn't kill pathogens; the bin looks clean but still smells and harbors bacteria. We run a 200°F+ thermal system plus EPA-compliant wastewater recovery, so bins are actually sanitized.

What if my bins are completely disgusting?

That's exactly our job. Our 200°F+ system lifts the vast majority of buildup on the first visit. Be aware that bins that have gone years without a cleaning, or have baked-on grime, deep staining, or set-in odor, can take more than one cleaning to fully restore. Some staining is permanent and won't come out no matter how many passes, but the bin will still be sanitized and deodorized, just not always cosmetically perfect. The recurring plan (or a follow-up visit) is the fix for heavily neglected bins. We'll always flag anything structurally unsafe (crushed lids, broken wheels) so you can request replacements from your hauler.

Where does the wastewater go?

Our mobile unit has onboard wastewater recovery. 100% of the interior wash water, the part that carries the cleaning agents and the grime, is captured and disposed of at an EPA-compliant facility. The exterior rinse uses plain 200°F water and can land outside the recapture system, like water from a garden hose.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Monthly plans require 3 cleans minimum (so the treatment actually takes), then cancel anytime. Prepay and annual plans lock in a better rate.

How do I get my HOA involved?

Email hello@lvluphomesllc.com and we'll put a partnership proposal together for your board. Minimum 10 households to activate the bulk rate.
