These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services and website of LVL Up Homes, LLC ("LVL Up Homes," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking service, subscribing to a plan, submitting a form on our website, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to these Terms.

Program description: LVL Up Homes sends transactional and operational text messages (SMS) related to your bin cleaning service — appointment and service-day reminders, arrival and completion notifications, schedule changes and weather delays, subscription confirmations, billing reminders and payment receipts, and replies to questions you send us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier fees may be charged by your mobile provider.
Message frequency varies by plan and service schedule. Customers on monthly plans typically receive 4–6 messages per month; customers on less frequent plans receive fewer, generally tied to service events.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from LVL Up Homes, LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services — you may request email-only communication at any time.
Reply STOP to any text message from LVL Up Homes to unsubscribe at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT, or email hello@lvluphomesllc.com to be removed from SMS communications. Text opt-outs are processed immediately and automatically. After opting out of SMS you will continue to receive service communications by email unless you request removal from those as well.

We clean and sanitize residential and commercial trash and recycling bins using a high-temperature (200°F+) hot-water system with EPA-compliant wastewater recovery. Our goal is a sanitized, deodorized bin returned to your curb.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues (cracked bodies, broken lids or wheels, fading, warping). If we notice a bin is structurally unsafe to service, we’ll let you know so you can request a replacement from your hauler.
LVL Up Homes, LLC is fully insured. Our liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
