Message frequency varies based on your subscription plan and service schedule. Customers on monthly service plans typically receive 4–6 messages per month. Customers on less frequent plans will receive fewer messages, generally tied to service events.

1 What Our Service Does

We clean and sanitize residential and commercial trash and recycling bins using a high-temperature (200°F+) hot-water system with EPA-compliant wastewater recovery. Our goal is a sanitized, deodorized bin returned to your curb.

Results on heavily soiled bins. Our system removes the vast majority of buildup on the first visit. However, bins that have gone a long time without cleaning, or that have baked-on grime, deep staining, or set-in odor, may require more than one cleaning to be fully restored. Some staining and wear is permanent and cannot be removed regardless of the number of cleanings — in those cases the bin will still be sanitized and deodorized, but may not look cosmetically new. Recurring plans exist precisely because ongoing service keeps bins clean far better than a single visit.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues (cracked bodies, broken lids or wheels, fading, warping). If we notice a bin is structurally unsafe to service, we’ll let you know so you can request a replacement from your hauler.

5 Liability

LVL Up Homes, LLC is fully insured. Our liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

6 Text Messaging Terms

LVL Up Homes, LLC sends transactional and operational text messages (SMS) related to your service — appointment and service-day reminders, arrival and completion notifications, schedule changes, billing reminders and receipts, and replies to questions you send us. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from LVL Up Homes, LLC. Message and data rates may apply.
